OnCommand Insight's Data Warehouse (DWH) 7.2.x installed on Windows

Issue

DWH backups and phonehomes fail with the error below:

Failed to backup DWH: Failed to connect to reporting server, server might be down. Confirm reporting server availability and try again.
 

  • These backups can be either manual or scheduled backups.
  • in the DWH Web UI, Unable to access the Reporting Portal login page clicking the graph icon.
    • However, manually navigating by going directly to the DWH hostname or localhost on the DWH server web browser reaches the Reporting Portal without issue.
