Issue

  • OCI health page reports Anomaly Detection Engine: "ERROR: Failed to connect"
  • The following output may be present in the prelert.log located at <install_drive>Program Files\SANscreen\wildfly\standalone\log

2020-12-16 00:17:14,655 WARN  PrelertClient - Prelert node 10.10.10.10:9200 status: FAILED, prelert object state: OPENED
 

  • On the ADE server the oci-ml-dfc10855-fcb4-41a6-8242-679b3854a1d9.log located /var/log/netapp/oci/elasticsearch/ shows the following error. The UUID for the log name will be different from server to server.
