Issue

  • Data collection for all data sources fails after OnCommand Insight (OCI) server ran into a disk-nearly-full condition.
  • The error indicated below should be present in the server_indexer.log file.
  • Path to the log file: "%SANSCREEN_HOME%wildfly/standalone/log/server_indexer.log"

    ERROR [default task-46] QueryIndexBuilder (QueryIndexBuilder.java:145) - All indices are read only, Please check disk usage and contact support team to make them writable manually after increasing disk space.

    ERROR [default task-46] QueryIndexBuilder (QueryIndexBuilder.java:92) - Error while indexing
    com.netapp.oci.es.ElasticsearchException: All indices are read only

  • All of the indexes in ElasticSearch went read-only to avoid the disk becoming full.
