Issue

When registering the E/EF series array controllers to Santricity Storage Manager, System Manager generates error "cannot communicate with one or both the controllers" while finding the pair, which is the 3^rd Step to register the arrays.
Controllers are pingable and controller embedded web UI can be accessed by the browser.
