Applies to

  • OnCommand Unified Manager 9.5 (UM)
  • Thin provisioned volumes with auto grow enabled

Answer

  • The aggregate is overcommited and
  • Available Capacity of the Aggregate / Max(Volumes growth rate) is less than 7 days.

Additional Information

  • The event is triggered for all thin provisioned volumes of the aggregate, that have not crossed the nearly full threshold.
  • UM expects that the aggregate will become full within 7 days, if the growth rate for the volumes in the aggregate is high.
