Issue

While attempting to add a cluster to Active IQ Unified Manager (UM) instance, the cluster add will fail.

One of the possible error messages is:
Failed to fetch the HTTPS certificate from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx. Enter a valid Host name or Port.
