OnCommand Unified Manager might receive an error when attempting to run canned reports due to insuffisant ressources

OnCommand Unified Manager 6.x, 7.x, and 9.x


Attempt to generate a canned report within OnCommand Unified Manager (UM):

  1. Login to the UM Web interface
  2. Click User-added imageDashboard
  3. Click the Reports tab and choose a canned Report to run
  4. Click Run Report

Error Message:
There was a problem in loading the report as connection to the datasource cannot be established. One or more of the following properties in the report look invalid: 1. Connection URL 2. User Name 3. Password
