OnCommand Unified Manager did not send expected alerts

  • OnCommand Unified Manager (UM)
  • Active IQ Unified Manager 9.5 and 9.6

Issue

  • Expected alerts are missing or alerts are coming in intermittently
  • Looking at the Configuration -> Cluster Data Sources and the Operation End Time no polls have completed for over 15 minutes
  • Memory usage on the server is very high
  • Errors similar to the following appear in the server_mega.log:
