OCUM : SnapMirror not updating on destination after node panic

Issue

  • Commvault is not able to do a mirror or vault of a volume
  • The following error is displayed in OCUM WebUI:

Error occurred while adding list of snapshots to Dataset id [dd9d6d19-a44d-47b7-adcb-

0aa1a75b8b81:app_type=OCUM,type=storage_service_subscription,uuid=566415da-6e44-4278-

b5fe-813b5546130d], Source Copy [8]. Error Message = [Failed to conform members of

subscription context:[CC-adm-cv-cs-001_SS-1_SC-1553_1553626807]. OnCommand

Server:[oncommand.servername]. Error returned:[24012][Object

'('volumename'(5233015))' is not subscribed to storage service 'CC-adm-commvault-cs-

001_SP-6_Copy-9'.]].

  • The following error is shown within SnapProtect :

[someuuid:app_type=OCUM,type=storage_service_subscription,uuid=storageservicesubscriptionuuid], Source Copy [id]. Error Message = [Protection update failed on OnCommand Server:[servername].
