No subject alternative names matching IP address when adding authentication server to AIQUM

Applies to

• Active IQ Unified Manager (AIQUM)
• Active Directory (AD) Remote Authentication

Issue

When attempting to authenticate with Active IQ Unified Manager, the below errors are logged:

• UM Web UI:
  • Unable to communicate with the authentication server due to the following reasons: No subject alternative names matching IP address 10.x.x.x found. Verify your authentication server configuration.
• UM Log Shows Error:
  • ocum-error.log
