No performance data after the upgrade of Active IQ Unfied Manager to 9.8RC1

Issue

  1. Unable to see the performance data for all the clusters post the upgrade of AIQ UM from 9.7P1 to 9.8RC1 vApp.
  2. We can see following errors in the au.log:

2020-11-24 17:46:04,382 ERROR [pool-3-thread-6] c.o.s.a.d.n.a.c.BasePerformanceArchive (BasePerformanceArchive.java:241) - java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: libxml2.so.2: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory: Failed to retrieve counters from one of the files, Cause: example.fakedomain.com

2020-11-24 17:46:04,382 ERROR [pool-3-thread-6] c.o.s.a.d.n.a.c.BasePerformanceArchive (BasePerformanceArchive.java:241) - java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.onaro.sanscreen.acquisition.datasource.netapp_ocie.archiver.parser.ArchiveFileParser: Failed to retrieve counters from one of the files, Cause: example.cluster.com
