No VMware VMs are discovered by AIQUM due to empty virtual disk list

Issue

  • No VMware VMs are discovered by AIQUM even though VMDK is located in a datastore using an ONTAP volume
  • au_vc_foundation.log shows warning:

DEBUG [common-pool-xxxxx] auvcfoundation (VirtualDiskBuilder.java:110) - [xx.xx.xx.xx] The virtual disks were not processed because the retrieved virtual disk list is empty for the virtual machine: vm-1
WARN  [common-pool-xxxxx] auvcfoundation (VmBuilder.java:155) - [xx.xx.xx.xx] Skipping the virtual machine [name='xxxxxxx' moid=vm-1'] with the universal unique identifier (UUID) [xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx] because either no virtual disks are attached to it or all the virtual disks are skipped
