Inconsistencies in performance graph trends for volumes, nodes, and aggregates in Active IQ Unified Manager

Issue

  • Gaps appear in the performance graphs for volumes, nodes, or aggregates.
  • Latency, IOPS, and MB/s performance graphs are impacted.
  • Performance polling is set to the default 5 minute interval.
  • Cluster inventory and performance collections are successful.
  • This issue was first seen in Active IQ Unified Manager 9.8 but may exist in other versions of  Active IQ Unified Manager.

  • The issue seen can be specific to one cluster and one cluster object type (e.g. aggregates, volumes, etc.). Other object types do not exhibit the same behaviour.
