Cannot add cluster to Active IQ Unified Manager after joining nodes to the cluster

Issue

  • After adding new nodes to a cluster, it can no longer be monitored by ActiveIQ Unified Manager, or cannot be re-added after removing
  • Errors such as the following are seen on UM and ONTAP logging respectively:

UM ocumserver.log:
