Effective December 3 - NetApp adopts Microsoft’s Business-to-Customer (B2C) identity management to simplify and provide secure access to NetApp resources. For accounts that did not pre-register (prior to Dec 3) access to your NetApp data may take up to 1 hour as your legacy NSS ID is synchronized to the new B2C identity. Active IQ Unified Manager service fails to start after upgrade from version 9.6 to 9.7

Active IQ Unified Manager (UM) 9.7

Issue

  • Upgrade to 9.7 runs successfully but the UM services fail to start
  • The following error is present in the upgrade.log and is repeated if there is an attempt to create a support bundle:
