Issue

  • Cluster polling for one or more clusters in AIQUM is stuck in an "In Progress" state and never completes.
  • Cluster polling fails with:
    Failed to run NewOriginatorUpdateTask, origin:21 originatorName:cluster_name
    com.netapp.oci.platform.common.table.TableException: Failed to executeUpdate:
    com.netapp.oci.platform.originator.db.InsertOperation@b4a20cb
    Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: The table 'snap_mirror_history' is full
Error message can be found in:
  • Linux / vApp: /var/log/ocie/server_mega.log
  • Windows: \ProgramData\NetApp\OnCommandAppData\ocie\log\server_mega.log
