Active IQ Unified Manager is failing CommVault AuxCopy jobs due to duplicate volume names

Issue

• During a conformance job within CommVault, an AuxCopy will fail with the following error in the Auxcopy.log file:

• The following errors are also seen within the UM server.log file:
