Issue

  • AUX copy jobs are failing in CommVault after a planned switch over and switch back in MetroCluster with errors:

Error occurred while adding list of snapshots to Dataset id <ID>:app_type=OCUM,type=storage_service_subscription,uuid=<ID>, Source Copy [774]. Error Message = [Failed to get subscription list from OnCommand server:<UM Server FQDN>.Error returned:[13001][Internal error]].Check streams information for more details.Source: <UM Server FQDN>, Process: AuxCopy

 

Failed to conform members of subscription
context:[vol name]. OnCommand Server:[UM server Name]. Error returned:[24012][Object is not subscribed to storage service 'vol name'.]

  • /var/log/ocum/ocumserver.log:

INFO  [oncommand] [taskScheduler-2] [c.n.d.p.s.SnapshotExpirationService] Deletion of snapshot '<Snaphot Copy Name>' on volume '<SVM Name>:/<Volume Name>' failed with error: Data ONTAP reported error code (13024), message: 'Snapshot copy "<Snaphot Copy Name>" of volume "<Volume Name>" on Vserver "<SVM Name>" has not expired or is locked. Use the "snapshot show -fields owners, expiry-time" command to view the expiry and lock status of the Snapshot copy.
