Active IQ Unified Manager install fails with "Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package netapp-um-9.X-XXXX.x86_64" on Linux platforms

NOTE: This issue was observed on both Red Hat 7.8 and CentOS 7.8 however it most certainly exists in other major and minor versions.

Issue

When installing either Active IQ Unified Manager 9.6 or Active IQ Unified Manager 9.7 onto either a Red Hat or CentOS host the install will fail the post install portion of the install. The message below will be seen.

Failed to start Active IQ Management Server services.

warning: %post(netapp-um-9.7-2006081700.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 255
Non-fatal POSTIN scriptlet failure in rpm package netapp-um-9.7-2006081700.x86_64

Attempting to login to with the default "umadmin" will fail.

[root@localhost ~]# um cli login -u umadmin
Password: 
ERROR : Authentication failed. Please login using "um cli login" command.

The "ocie" service will show as "active".

The "ocieau" service will show as "inactive".
