Issue

During a new install, Trident fails to create an ontap-san backend with error:
Error: could not create backend: problem initializing storage driver 'ontap-san': error initializing ontap-san driver: error checking default initiator's auth type: API status: failed, Reason: entry doesn't exist, Code: 15661 (400 Bad Request)
