Why am I still being billed from AWS after deleting my working environments?

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Answer

Check the following in the AWS ec2 console
  • VM statuses show the instances deleted or are not in the VM list
  • Cloud Formation stack show them removed.
  • Resource groups are deleted
If after confirming all NetApp resources have been removed, please contact AWS and open a support ticket to have them further investigate any residual billing.
