What is the downgrade procedure in case a CVO upgrade fails?

Answer
- In case of any issue with the upgrade, open a support case with NetApp.
- NetApp will handle the case according to priority (standard process).
- If there is no other way to resolve the issue, and with guidance from engineering, the system will be reverted to the pre-upgrade SW version.
- Historically, this scenario is extremely rare and unlikely to happen.
