Repairing AWS CVO instance with a failed disk (EBS volume)

Issue
- At times, disk failures occurs even in the cloud. The following is a guide to restoring a Cloud Volumes ONTAP HA instance to a healthy state after such a failure.
- ONTAP will report the disk as failed, the plex containing it will be offline and the aggregate will be degraded.
