Issue

AWS disks are missing after node reboots when upgrading CVO from 9.10.1RC1 to 9.11.1RC1
Giveback is failing on one of the nodes with "partner missing file system disks" error.
The system is currently in a mixed version state where one node is using previous ONTAP version and the other is using 9.11.1RC1
