Issue

CVO is stuck in a boot loop with error message and can be seen from Azure CVO HA VM serial console:
 
pha.obj.scanFailure:error]: ONTAP could not get a list of objects from the object store, "object_store", 
at "rootsaxxxx.blob.core.windows.net", using IP address "10.x.x.x with error: The specified resource does not exist.
and/or
Pageblob object store is NOT found
and/or
fm_run0: no local disks found & OFW channel is not up
