Azure CVO slowness and reboot failed with timeout on bladeAggrTable_iterartor::next()

Issue
- Azure single node CVO slowness and subsequent reboot to mitigate slowness temporarily failed with error as timeout on
bladeAggrTable_iterartor::next()
