Why is Cloud Sync scan size different than the size reported by Amazon EFS?

Answer

Cloud Sync reports the exact file size unrounded while Amazon EFS reports the file size rounded to the nearest 4kB. This can result in largely different sizes reported in systems with a large volume of files.
