Issue

Mediator instance is in failed state with the error “HA Status Degraded. Unknown mediator error."

Following messages are seen in mediator.log:

[info] . /etc/profile && /usr/local/bin/aws ec2 describe-vpcs  --region eu-west-1 --cli-connect-timeout 1 --dry-run retcode: 255 returned: [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:581)

[info] show_response message: Error returned for describe vpcs aws:[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:581)
