Issue

Using Cloud Manager API calls to build a new working environment produces the following error:
 
Error:Operation Deploy VM Template failed Deployment of my_workingEnvironment from type Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines failed with status Conflict code: OperationNotAllowed target: null message: 'additionalCapabilities.ultraSSDEnabled' can be updated only when VM is in deallocated state.
