  • NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO)
  • Event Management System (EMS)

Issue

  • Cloud Volumes ONTAP automatically creates configuration backup files that contain information about the configurable options that it needs to operate properly.
  • By default, Cloud Volumes ONTAP backs up the files to the Connector host every eight hours.
  • In case of a problem, ONTAP EMS will report the following:
    • mgmtgwd.configbr.uploadFailed:error: Configuration backup file nodename.8hour.2021-02-03.02_15_05.7z cannot be uploaded to the destination URL http://xxx.xx.x.x/occm/api/occm/system/offbox/n8m4SL8bfbVexjjPeJTqYQ1V8X0=/VsaWorkingEnvironmentID.
