Failed to install acquisition unit in Cloud Insight due to special characters in proxy credentials

Issue

Acquisition unit installation failed in Cloud insight due to the occurrence of special characters in proxy credentials.

Acquisition unit is added in NetApp Cloud Insights using proxy settings but getting below error while starting acquisition service.
