Issue

While installing the trident operator for OpenShift, images from docker.io cannot be pulled with error:
 
Failed to pull image "netapp/trident:22.10.0": rpc error: code = Unknown desc = initializing source docker://netapp/trident:22.10.0: reading manifest 22.10.0 in docker.io/netapp/trident: toomanyrequests: You have reached your pull rate limit.
