Issue

Running Trident with CSI enabled (Kubernetes 1.13 or higher), and in RancherOS environment, the following error occurs when attempting to attacha volume:

Error processing "csi-<ID>": failed to attach: node "xxxxxx-xxx4139" has no NodeID annotation
