Issue

When executing tridentctl get backend, (sc or volume) the CLI errors with the following or similar:

Error: Get "http://127.0.0.1:8000/trident/v1/backend": EOF

command terminated with exit code 1

The following similar error is seen in the trident-controller log:

level=warning msg="Failed to create the volume on this pool." error="backend cannot satisfy create request for volume: xxxx (ONTAP-NAS-FLEXGROUP pool xxxx; error creating FlexGroup: API status: failed, Reason: Size \"'x'TB\" is too small.  Minimum size is \"'y'TB\", Code: 13115)"

The PV volume is not created on the storage controller SVM
